The Framework
All programmes offered through Love in the Boardroom are grounded in a single, research-backed framework:
Love as Structural Intelligence™ — the capacity of a person, team, or organisation to generate trust, coherence, and integrity; to adapt without collapse; and to hold human connection in ways that strengthen rather than fragment the whole.
This framework is not aspirational. It is operational. It is built on over two decades of research, including interviews with more than 90 senior leaders across sectors, and more than 300 responses to sustained inquiry into what Love actually means in life and work. It is mapped to seven practical principles — Trust, Congruence, Reciprocity, Compassion, Psychological Safety, Presence, and Sovereignty — which together form an architecture of coherence for leaders and organisations under pressure.

The gateway — for any senior leader carrying the weight of responsibility alone
Leadership at the top is often lonely. Major decisions return, eventually, to one desk. The Leader’s Listener offers a confidential, high-quality space in which senior leaders can be genuinely heard, deeply understood, and supported toward clarity — without judgement and without agenda.
This is not therapy and not conventional coaching. It is experienced, empathetic, research-informed listening from a practitioner who has worked with leaders at the highest levels across sectors for two decades.

The Sovereign Perception Method™
The flagship individual offer — for senior leaders at a threshold
Perception precedes power. Sovereignty begins in how we see.
Most leadership development addresses what leaders do or how they think. The Sovereign Perception Method addresses something prior to both: how a leader sees — themselves, others, their organisation, and the possibilities available to them. This engagement restores true seeing — and with it, the capacity to lead from wholeness.
Delivered in three stages over 20 weeks, with an optional integration session at three months.

The Love Salons
The gathering — for anyone drawn to explore what Love means, and what it asks of us
A series of reflective, 90-minute gatherings exploring Love as presence, courage, care, truth, and structure — moving from personal inquiry through to practical application. Delivered online, in a spacious, unhurried register suited to genuine reflection rather than performance.
The first gathering, a Threshold Salon held in memory of a member of the group, demonstrated the format fully: participants described feeling “full of Love,” said “that was wonderful”, and “Christine thank you for holding that space, and that beautiful sense of Reverence that I felt”. The online format proved it can carry real depth and atmosphere at a distance.

The Love-Led Leader’s AI Mastery™
The integrated offer — for C-suite leaders navigating coherence and AI simultaneously
